1. Data controller

YoungScoring is a service operated by W5G SNC, Chemin des Petits-Bois 13, 2068 Hauterive, Switzerland. Contact: david@youngscoring.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following data:

Therapists: last name, first name, email, practice name, country.
Patients: first name, last name (optional), Young Schema Questionnaire (YSQ) responses (232 items, scores 1–6).
Payments: processed by Stripe. We do not store any banking data.
Leads: email address (from the "Get a sample report" form).

3. Purpose of processing

Data is used exclusively to:

Generate YSQ assessment reports for the referring therapist.
Manage the therapist's account and credits.
Send transactional emails (report ready, patient invitation).

4. Access to data

Questionnaire results are accessible only by the therapist who created the test. No data is shared with third parties, with the exception of the technical subprocessors required to operate the service.

5. Subprocessors

Supabase (database hosting) — Europe
Vercel (application hosting) — Europe
Stripe (payments) — PCI DSS certified
Infomaniak (email) — Switzerland

6. Retention period

Questionnaire data is retained for 5 years in accordance with applicable Swiss law (revised Federal Act on Data Protection, revFADP / nLPD). Data can be deleted at the request of the therapist or the patient.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Database access is protected by row-level security (RLS) policies. Passwords are hashed.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR (for EU residents) and the Swiss revFADP, you have the following rights:

Right of access to your data

Right to data portability

9. Cookies

YoungScoring only uses technical cookies required for the application to function (authentication session). We use Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymized visit tracking. No advertising cookies are used.

This policy may be updated. The last modification date is shown at the top of this page.
